Regardless of the type of building, exterior signage has always been a crucial investment for building management. Almost every location relies on exterior signage for both branding and wayfinding. And when it comes to a place like The Princeton at College Park, the job wasn’t easy even for the experienced team of Citrus Sign Studio. It’s the place where the charm of the past meets the vibrancy of the present. Our team was called up by the college management team to give the building a unique branding, aligned with the essence of the place. We were tasked to transform the feel of The Princeton at College Park by adding different types of exterior signage and ADA signage to it.

Project Execution

One of the challenges we faced during the project was adding ADA signage while maintaining the retro feel and look of the building. While ADA signage is meant to benefit people with different forms of disabilities by helping them navigate through a building effortlessly, they’re also helpful for people without disabilities by acting as directional signage.

Once our team completed the brainstorming sessions on the unique ADA signage, classic exterior signage, and other branding strategies, it was time to execute.

All our sessions encompassed one common belief – the home is the most important building for the person who inhabits it.

So, we put our best effort to make The Princeton at College Park positioned as the ideal place  to live and where future residents would create many fond memories.

From designing the building name with utmost elegance to the thoughtful creation of unique wayfinding signage to the strategic placement of directional signage – our team took care of everything.

We made the apartment numbers in light brown and kept their backgrounds dark ash, and brought them into focus with lighting from above to improve the overall elegance of the building.

We thoughtfully designed the directional sign of the parking place because it’s one of those signs that are going to be noticed clearly by passing motorists and pedestrians alike.

All in all, we made The Princeton at College Park not only one of the most prestigious buildings in the community but even the best place for its residents to call home as well.
