Outdoor signs are crucial for any business. When it comes to marketing luxury apartments, you need signage that would help attract the right kind of people. With monument signage, you can achieve this objective. Such signs are excellent not only for getting your building noticed but even for helping your branding efforts. Since one of the most frustrating experiences in new places is being unable to find the right address or apartment, your exterior and interior signs should be legible and noticeable even from a distance. Use of ADA signs is on the rise too as buildings today want to be accessible to people with different disabilities. For luxury apartments, ADA-compliant signs would not only help them stay on the right side of the law but even give their customers, business partners, and staff a safe and accessible environment. Perhaps all these reasons were at play when The Iris at Northpointe asked us to handle its signage requirements that included monument signage and ADA signs, among others.
The client – The Iris at Northpoint
The Iris at Northpointe is a Lutz-based premier apartment community. It offers brand new 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with unmatched amenities and exceptional features such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a resort-style swimming pool, and a residents’ lounge. Since it’s located within a walking distance from Northpointe Village Shopping Center, its residents can easily access neighborhood hotspots like Brick City Eatery, Bangkok Sushi, and the International Beer Garden. The Iris at Northpointe is pretty close to Suncoast Parkway and FL-54, while it’ll take a 30-minute drive to reach the Weeki Wachee Springs. When The Iris at Northpointe needed a complete signage package for its new luxury apartment building, they came to us at Citrus Sign Studio.
Contributing to the luxurious culture of The Iris at Northpointe, Citrus Sign Studio fabricated and installed a complete interior, exterior and wayfinding package.
For the monument signage, we used raised and bold lettering along with the company logo to make it stand out from the background. This sign was placed in one of the most aesthetically pleasing settings in the company of colorful shrubs and foliage. Thanks to the creative design and strategic placement of the monument signage, the onlookers’ attention would be drawn to the impeccable landscaping and all the good things that potential residents will find inside this premier luxury community.
The yard sign designed by us was propped up beside the main road and drew attention to the luxury apartment that was opened in early 2019, thus helping its branding efforts.
For the ADA room number signs for each room in the elite community, we used raised, bold numerals propped on an underline, which would be accessible to everyone.
We also designed signs for the community’s marketing center and the safety sign to make people aware of alligators in the region.
Once the signs were crafted, our installers got them all installed at their designated places.
Thus, from monument signage and ADA signs to others, we crafted and delivered a complete package to meet the signage requirements of The Iris at Northpointe.
